Welcome to Chester is Cool

Chester is Cool is helping students by creating programs and entertainment that spark their love of learning. We developed a journalism program called Russell’s Roving Reporters that teaches elementary and middle school students how to become effective communicators and leaders. This is accomplished by teaching them important life skills and practical applications of technology that they can use both inside and outside of the classroom.
